Unfortunately we cannot fix drones damaged by water.
These items are susceptible to intermittent failure and cannot reliably be restored to an airworthy condition.
Packing, Sending, The Repair And Return Of Your Item
- Contact us to let us know what is wrong with your drone, then.........
- Securely package your item with the gimbal clamp in place (if applicable). The manufacturer’s packaging is best.
- We require your drone (inc camera) & controller only. We don’t require Batteries, SD Card, Battery Charger, USB Cables etc, please don’t send these.
- If you are sending your item from the Channel Islands, please contact us first. We do not accept any drones from outside the UK.
- Send it to us, via a tracked courier service and then send us the tracking details. Please see below for further details.
- If you live in the West Midlands area of the UK, we may pick up and drop off the drone personally. Please contact us to see if we can do this for you.
- When your item arrives we will notify you immediately, then our engineers will produce a quotation for your approval.
- We will never carry out any work without your permission.
- We keep parts in stock for every drone that we repair, however in the rare occasion that we have run low on parts, we’ll notify you of any expected delays when we issue a quote.
- When we have assessed your drone, we will send you a quote. Once the quote is accepted, we will repair your drone. A full bench and flight test is then done on your drone.
- When the drone has passed the above tests, we will pack and ship your drone back to you by a tracked and signed for courier service. We will pay the return postage.
- You then can use your drone with full piece of mind as all repairs are covered by a 12 month warranty.

How To Send Us Your Broken Drone
Please Note: We only fix DJI Drones.
- Package your drone and controller in a secure box. Please don't send us batteries, SD cards, battery chargers or cables etc.
- Choose your delivery service from Royal Mail or DPD. Click on the relevant button to be taken to the selected website.
- Please send to Drone Air Solutions Ltd, 24 Market Street, Stourbridge, DY8 1AG
- Message or WhatsApp the your name, drone model and tracking number, once you have it, to 07881 911718
- When your drone arrives, we will notify you immediately, then our engineers will produce a fixed quotation for your approval.
- Once the fixed quotation is approved and paid, we will fix your drone, do all the relevant tests and ship it back via tracked courier.
- Your airborne once more.
